IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We are pleased to announce that the partners of Upton Road Surgery and Cassio Surgery have agreed to work closely together to provide enhanced services for our community.

From 1st October 2018, some patients will be seen by Upton Road clinicians on the first floor in Cassio Surgery’s consulting rooms.

You will still need to check-in at Upton Road Surgery’s reception desk and you will be told where to go for your appointment. If your appointment is on the 1st floor, please use the Cassio Surgery waiting room. Your clinician will then come to the waiting room to collect you.

Cassio receptionists do not have access to our clinical system so cannot book appointments or give you test results. This will continue to be done at Upton Road Surgery.

Upton Road Surgery are also pleased to be offering a new service for vulnerable people including those who are homeless, situated on the ground floor.

The new service will be known as Meadowell Clinic and will be running from 1st October 2018.

Cross-Watford WCA Extended Hours GP appointments are now available to our patients.

In these WCA Extended Hours appointments your health record may be accessed and viewed by someone other than your registered GP or a GP at your Practice. To book a weekend appointment, please contact Reception
